HIPS - Getting Started |

Capital Searches’ knowledge and technical expertise, together with our nationwide search coverage, has allowed us to offer our clients a genuine Home Information Pack (HIP) solution. |

|
As of 14th December all residential properties require a HIP to have been ordered prior to marketing. To ensure that you comply with government guidelines, Capital Searches has a complete solution for your business, allowing you to choose how you order and receive the data once it has been prepared. |

Financing a HIP couldn’t be simpler. Capital Searches can take payment directly from the seller by debit or credit card, alternatively a deferred payment can be arranged.
Alternatively, if you are taking ownership of the HIP, you can apply for a credit account (subject to status, terms and conditions apply) with Capital Searches.
As an estate agent, you may set a referral rate to give your business an additional income stream.

How you and your client wish to pay for their HIP may vary and in accordance with this, we have created 3 ways in which you can
set up your HIP account to meet this requirement. |
